How can I receive updates on the club and pre-sales?

Do you accept all major Credit Cards?

YES (including American Express)!

What about heavy weights?

YES! Our dumb bells go up to 125 pounds and we have an Olympic rig with bumper plates, a full line of Atlantis plate loaded equipment and multiple squat racks.

What are your business hours?

Temporary hours: Mon-Fri 5am-8pm and Sat-Sun 7am-2pm.

Do you have childcare?

Due to COVID-19 regulations, we do not have childcare at this time. 

Are group fitness classes included in my membership?

Gold members have access to all gold fitness classes.

 

Platinum members have access to all group fitness classes, as well as small group training and team training classes.

What other amenities will come with my membership?

Every new member at Sonoma Fit will receive a FREE 50 minute fitness orientation with one of our certified personal trainers. State of the art locker rooms with day use combination locks and towel service are also included.

 

What is Room X?

Room X is our version of what you would find in the most popular boutique fitness studios in the country. Team training is what it’s all about. Each 45 min. class is taught by a certified personal trainer or coach and focuses on multiple fitness modalities including running, rowing, TRX, free weights and more! These classes are for busy people who want quick, challenging and efficient workouts.

 

Can I use my membership at all locations?

YES! If you have a corporate membership or a platinum membership you can access any Sonoma Fit location including any future clubs we open!

Is the Sonoma Fit app available for both iPhone and Androids?

Yes. The app for Sonoma Fit can be found by searching “Sonoma Fit” in the App Store or Google Play.

How do I sign up for a class?

Click any of the links on our website to book a class or Log into your Sonoma Fit app by Net Pulse. Select “Find a Class”, click on the class you would like to attend, followed by selecting “Book Now."

 

If I do not attend a group fitness class I signed up for what happens?

For all Group Exercise classes, there is a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you do not show up for a class in which you have reserved a space, you will be charged a $19 fee. Signing up is always optional but if you choose to drop in you're not guaranteed a space in the class.

 

What shoes can I wear to an indoor cycle class?

You can wear stiff sole tennis shoes or cycling shoes with SPD clips. We also have cycling shoes to rent.

Do you have classes appropriate for seniors?

YES! We have multiple classes appropriate for the senior population including circuit training, TRX and yoga.

How do I refer a friend?

You can refer a friend through our Sonoma Fit app by clicking the “Refer a Friend” icon. If your referral joins the club, you will receive points on your app you can redeem for merchandise or personal training.

 

Can I take a class or use the gym if I'm not a member?

YES! You have 3 options. Day passes are $20/day with unlimited access to Sonoma Fit and it's amenities. 5 day and 1 week passes are also available for  $49/$70 respectively.

How do I freeze my membership?

Medical Freeze: If you are unable to use the facility because of injury, you may put your membership on hold for a $15 per month fee

Travel Freeze: If you are out of the area, 30 miles or more for 30 consecutive days or more, you may put your membership on hold for $20 per month for individuals maximum credit is for 3 months per calendar year.

How do I cancel my membership?
Please email cancel@sonoma-fit.com in order to cancel your membership. Each member is required to cancel your individual membership regardless if you are on an individual plan or family plan. 30 days notice prior to the next billing cycle is required to terminate any membership. If you are on a contract, you will be charged an early cancellation fee if cancelled prior to the expiration date. If you discontinue or have a lapse in your membership, there is a $99 fee to reinstate your membership within a 12 month period. After one year of not being a member, you must pay the current enrollment fee to reinstate your membership.
