Toby's first exposure to fitness and resistance training began in high school. He became enamored with strength training and conditioning, leading to his first personal training certification in 2001. Now, with many years in the health and fitness industry, he uses his experience and passion for his craft to challenge, motivate and educate his clients, friends and family.

Debbie takes an interdisciplinary approach to well-being by blending the fields of sports medicine, soma training, Pilates, functional nutrition, and lifestyle counseling to help create personal programming. She specializes in performance rehab, spine health, and mobility and will help you reach any goal! CASSANDRA aLLEY

Cassandra believes that life is about finding balance while striving to improve ourselves every day. She has a NASM personal training certification as well as a TRX and Zumba fitness instructor certification. She has been personal training since 2019 and has found that getting results is about good communication, finding the right combination of strength, resistance, cardio, and of course nutrition. Andrew has been in the fitness industry for 10 years and is a new transplant to Sonoma County. Andrew was a collegiate athlete who never lost that competitive edge. He has a wide range of fitness certifications and a positive, energetic style to his training.
